Procedural ledger

Every procedure Dr Sud performs in clinic, with technique, anaesthetic and duration. All performed under local anaesthetic in the rooms unless noted.

Fees

Services & fee guide

Most procedures are performed under local anaesthetic in our procedure rooms — avoiding hospital admission and general anaesthetic costs.

Transparent pricing. No surprise fees.

Prices are listed so there's nothing to guess at. Referrers choose Dr Sud for fast access and clear communication back to the practice — not because the fee is the lowest.

Private billing

Every procedure is quoted after assessment and agreed before it goes ahead — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

For complex cases, Dr Ajay Sud may personally review the referral and discuss treatment options and fees with the patient and referring GP before treatment. All costs are discussed before surgery — there will be no surprise fees.

Skin cancer

Skin cancer — excision & reconstruction

Non-melanoma and melanoma lesions assessed, excised, and reconstructed in a single sitting where appropriate.

CodeProcedureAnaesthesiaDurationNotes
SC.001Basal cell carcinoma excisionLA30–45 min

Standard excision with margins per lesion subtype and location. Closure planned to tension lines; subunit-aware on the face.

SC.002Squamous cell carcinoma excisionLA30–60 min

Margin-checked excision sized to clinical and dermoscopic features. Reconstruction planned at the time of consent.

SC.003Melanoma wide local excisionLA45–90 min

Wide local excision per AJCC guidance. Coordinated with histopathology; sentinel node mapping arranged separately where staging indicates.

SC.004Keratoacanthoma excisionLA30–45 min

Complete excision rather than shave, given the histopathological overlap with well-differentiated SCC.

SC.005Complex or recurrent skin cancerLA60–120 min

Re-excision of incompletely cleared lesions, recurrent cancers, or lesions at anatomically constrained sites. Pre-operative planning includes imaging where indicated.
